CBSE Class 12 English Term 2 Exam 2022: With the CBSE 2nd semester exam due to start from April 26, 2022 and the declaration of the first semester results already done, students are in a frenzy to complete their program. Since this is a very important and highly graded subject, a systematic and well-balanced strategy can help students achieve maximum marks in this subject.

Here are some of the useful tips for students to prepare for the Class 12 English test of Semester 2 for the current academic year.

  • While trying the unseen passages of the basic subjective article in English, the learner is required to look for evidence in the passage supporting/proving the statement and mention the reason wherever he/she is required to explain the statement .

  • Students should also remember to write complete sentences to get full marks. Also, if a student quotes a line of text in response, without providing a proper explanation, they will not receive credit for that response.

  • The key to meeting the standards when attempting the “Writing” section is to review all formats thoroughly, to begin with. Emphasis should be placed on incorporating all relevant details while maintaining sentence structure, consistency and grammatical correctness.

  • Prior and diligent practice of the subjects with strict adherence to time can, without a doubt, help students come out with flying colors. They must avoid repetition of thoughts to meet the word limit.

  • Questions such as “Job Application” are long but scored. Therefore, with enough practice, it has been observed that students can answer the question well in 10 minutes.

Students attempting this section should keep in mind that their foundations are very clear and correct. Without it, we cannot have the expertise. In this section, students are given several questions based on your program. This is the only section that is very easy and straightforward.

  • Most students find the task of completing the document difficult. Thorough study of the lessons with the inclusion of sentences to support the answers, however, can help them approach the problem.

  • Students are advised to handle this section with great care, as it is to write answers according to the needs of the question, and clarity of the story is mandatory for this.

The tips above are only useful for students when they spend time trying to remember time-wasting details. They can also start with the section they are confident in, to ensure they finish the document on time.

A positive belief with a “can do” approach can help steer the boat safely to port.
