New Delhi: Grade 10 and 12 students across the country who appeared for council exams this year are worried as the council exam results season is in full swing. What makes students all the more anxious is that people around them keep saying that jury results decide a student’s future. Although the result of the board examination plays an important role in the career trajectory of a student, it does not decide the future or fix the proportionality of the talent residing in the student with grades. Still, if you’re wondering about the level of importance of board results, here’s the story of an IAS who just got passing marks on his 10th board exams and was told by other than he couldn’t succeed let alone do anything in his life.

History of IAS who got passing grades in class 10e board results

Tushar D Sumera who is the collector of Bharuch district in Gujarat only got passing grades in his 10th class results and people not only from his locality but also from the school said that he wouldn’t do anything meaningful with his life. Sharing Sumera’s story, IAS Awanish Sharan on Twitter wrote, “Bharuch Collector Tushar Sumera while sharing his 10th class mark sheet wrote that he only got passing marks in 10th class.

“He scored 35 in English, 36 in math and 38 in science out of 100. Not only in the whole village, but in this school, it was said that there was nothing they could do,” IAS Sharan added.

According to his bio on Twitter, Tushar D. Sumera is currently a Collector and District Magistrate of Bharuch District in Gujarat. Sumera became IAS by passing the UPSC exam in 2012. He passed his intermediate or class 12 with Arts stram and became a teacher. He then prepared for UPSC and passed the exam to become an IAS. Sumrea was mentioned by Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his work in the Utkarsh Pahal campaign in Bharuch.

Board Results 2022

Meanwhile, several states have reported grades 10 and 12 results for the 2021-2022 academic session. However, the 2022 UP board results and the 2022 RBSE 10th results have yet to be declared. CBSE students are eagerly awaiting the results.
